I had the pleasure to have a couple of doctors (Mike Kertes and Chris Lea) with Juan Medina on board this past week. They were in Jacksonville for a medical conference and decided they needed a little time to go fishing. The weather was perfect for a fun day out on the water with calm conditions and broken clouds. They were able to get a mixed bag of flounder, speckled trout, redfish and sting ray along with a keeper trout and redfish to cook up for dinner. I look forward to
Summer patterns are kicking in and the fish are active. The trout are biting early in the day or later in the evening. The flounder are in the cuts on flowing tides. The redfish remain constant on the lower tide stages.
